my snow blower won't start | |
I put in the gas, changed the spark plug and the thing won't start.

Is the gas fresh? Would try replacing with fresh gas and spraying "sure start" or other product in the carb.

not a faulty plug if its the toro snowblowr ccr 2450 the problem is that its a piece of shit plain and simple i tried everything replacing spark plug, finally had to take it to the shop they did a flush and it worked ok for a while and then this season same prob again, won't start

it's supposed to surge, it has an "air vane" govenor that slows down the engine when the motors cooling fan runs away high in rpm, the vane closes the air intake to slow the motor, it speed's up, then when it bites into the snow the air vane stays open letting the rpm increase steadily

just bought used ccr 2450 gts. engine surges at idle. no problem throwing snow. what are the settings for idle-mixture screws. manuel availabe for disassembly of carb?? thanks for any help!
