auger replacement

hi my snowblower is a sears and is 20 years old .i totaly rebuilt it last summer with all the parts from sears.when reassembling it i forgot to watch what way the auger blades went on and when the winter came all i found is that i was pushing the snow instead of blowing.now i got it apart again ,think i have it right but can you reassure me that i am right? thanks a heap sean
